Business Development, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure QVI and monthly RV Sales Target.
∎ Team monitoring and Performance evaluation & corrective measures for poor performers.
∎ Ensure SIM activation target with primary & secondary commission.
∎ Stock lifting from Robi and ensure sales by the timeline.
∎ DP & market visit.
∎ Performance evaluation & corrective measures for poor performers.
∎ Liaison with Robi’s zonal team.
∎ Ensure product available at POS & Stock planning.
∎ Market development and gap findings & analysis.
∎ Ensure POSM visibility & Strike rate.
∎ C2S vs. C2C.
∎ Ensure PLBP as per standard.
∎ POS expansion for business growth.
∎ Information sharing with Robi on Network status.
∎ DP wise full day office supervision (all DPs) by rotation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Honest and hardworking.
∎ Sales Oriented.
∎ Communication, Leadership and Supervision Skill.
∎ MS Office computer applications
