Proven experience in managing multiple real estate construction projects simultaneously.
Practical knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large site teams and subcontractors.
Strong problem-solving ability, especially in addressing site challenges and ensuring timely project delivery.
Plan, lead, and oversee all project activities to ensure progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
Identify construction-related challenges and provide effective, timely solutions.
Manage all zonal construction matters, including site operations, material management, bill approvals, quality control, and compliance for staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to high construction standards and the implementation of proper construction techniques.
Develop, update, and implement all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to construction operations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all zone requirements are met.
Ensure smooth operational functioning and address all safety-related concerns within the assigned zone.
Monitor the performance of project employees and provide necessary on-the-job training and guidance.
