Education:
    • Master of Arts (MA)
    • Master of Social Science (MSS)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Must have prior experience in implementing or supporting youth-led campaigns, programmes, or social movements — this is a mandatory requirement.

• Strong facilitation and group mentoring skills; demonstrated ability to work with and inspire young people.

• Knowledge of and commitment to disability rights, gender equity, and social inclusion.

• Hands-on skills in photography and videography, including basic editing for social media use.

• Proficiency in social media content creation (Facebook, YouTube, or similar platforms).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bengali; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Experience in participatory facilitation methods (co-creation, MSC, community dialogue, etc.).

• Ability to produce clear and concise narrative reports in Bengali and/or English.

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Youth Group Formation

  2. Co-Creation Workshop with the Youth Group

  3. Capacity Development of Youth Group Members

  4. Monthly Campaign Meetings

  5. Support for Campaign Action Plan Implementation

  6. Social Media Promotion Guidance

  7. Campaign Documentation

  8. Close Mentoring of the Youth Group

  9. Additional Responsibilities:

    • Attend DCF/SWOCCHAR team coordination meetings as required and provide regular verbal and written updates to the Project Focal.

    • Apply a disability-inclusive and gender-responsive lens to all campaign activities, ensuring women with disabilities are meaningfully centred in the campaign’s work.

    • Support the identification and collection of Most Significant Change (MSC) stories and case studies from the campaign group and community.

    • Assist in organizing and facilitating the Learning Documentation Workshop at the close of the campaign cycle.

    Coordinate with the DCF Team in a timely manner
