Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Must have Three to Five years' experience in relevant field under NGO.
  • Experience on development of organizational Policy.
  • Experience on Assets management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Expert to operate Accounts Software (Tally).
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Disabled Child Foundation (DCF) is one of the leading Organization of person with Disabilities (OPD) in Bangladesh. Currently, DCF is inviting application from the qualified candidates to fulfill the following vacant post immediately.

Employment Status: Project Base.

Duration: as per Project Contract

  • Perform regular monitoring, control and consolidation of accounting of the office;
  • Able to work independently and manage the total accounts of the project office
  • Ensure the preparation of day to day Voucher & Posting of Cash, Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger.;
  • The applicants must have experience on VAT & Tax and Cash Management.
  • Ensure comprehensive, complete and effective documentation of the financial management system;
  • Prepare all financial reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) as per donor requirements;
  • Establish compliance with financial systems of the led organization and ensure financial discipline. Administration related
  • Ensure inventory of equipment's, furniture and other materials in the office.
  • Ensure overall maintenance of all major equipment at the office and protection, maintenance and efficient use of all project assets.
  • Support purchase processes in coordination with the senior management
  • You will have to do others duties as per management decision.
  • You must follow Project Coordinator instruction.
