• B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University.

• Age At most 30 years

• Good computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

• Strong communication skills;

• The candidate must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in both day and night shifts as required.

• Develop and implement shift-wise production plans aligned with the shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare daily delivery budgets for all styles and ensure adherence to targets.

• Create and maintain "Plan vs. Achieve" reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Track the progress of all styles from production to delivery completion, ensuring schedules are met.

• Oversee shade band and closing style activities to maintain quality and consistency.

• Collaborate in preparing the monthly wash plan for production requirements.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
