Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any reputed university preferably with business background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze product and portfolio performance i.e. target achievement, portfolio growth, portfolio quality and provide periodic review of WEL product performance
∎ Develop and review Purnota offerings including non-financial services.
∎ Conduct regular event and sessions at different branches and regions for relationship managers and clientele to promote and increase awareness about Purnota product offerings
∎ Co-ordinate with division and regional heads to ensure Purnota portfolio growth and target achievement
∎ Maintain relations with external stakeholders for WEL product development including Bangladesh Bank and SME Foundation, UN organizations
∎ Ensure execution of other women entrepreneur related projects
∎ Explore new avenues of serving women entrepreneurs (with both internal and external partners
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Requirement of functional skills:
∎ Knowledge of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Banking Products.
∎ Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to communicate across a broad array of stakeholders.
∎ Strategic thinker
∎ Identifying existing financial products, designing and introducing new financial products to increase access to financing for SMEs and to meet their needs.
∎ Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint and Spreadsheet Analysis.
∎ Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bangla both for verbal and written and for taking notes, writing reports, summaries, etc.
∎ In depth knowledge regarding the micro and macro-economic conditions.
∎ Requirement of interpersonal skills:
∎ Target driven and results focused individual.
∎ Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions.
∎ Should have very good communication skill.
∎ Excellency in interpersonal communication.
∎ Punctuality and good analytical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to give subjective judgment where necessary.
