🚀 We’re Hiring: AI SEO Specialist (Dedicated Role | Strategy + Execution)

We’re looking for a highly driven AI SEO Specialist who doesn’t just “do SEO,” but thinks, executes, and solves problems at an expert level.

This is not a freelance side role.
We are seeking someone who is fully dedicated to our company, motivated to grow with us in the long term, and capable of owning an AI-driven search strategy and its end-to-end execution.

🎯 Your Role & Ownership

You will be responsible for leading both strategy and execution of AI-first SEO initiatives across client and internal projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own AI SEO / AEO / GEO strategy from planning to execution

• Perform advanced technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, schema, site architecture)

• Optimize content for AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google SGE)

• Implement and monitor structured data, entity optimization, and semantic SEO

• Troubleshoot complex SEO issues with speed and precision

• Collaborate with content, outreach, and performance teams

Track AI visibility, organic growth, and conversions using GA4, GSC, and AI tracking tools

• Continuously test, document, and improve processes

🧠 What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:

• Very high-level technical SEO knowledge

• Strong understanding of:

  • Crawling & indexing mechanics

  • JavaScript SEO

  • Schema & structured data

  • Entity-based SEO

  • Site architecture & internal linking

• Exceptional problem-solving & troubleshooting ability

• Experience or deep interest in AI Search, AEO, and GEO

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and strategically

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• A mindset focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement

 Requirements (Highly Prioritized - Low-level will be executed)

• 3–5+ years of advanced SEO experience, ideally agency-side.
  

• Proven experience with structured data, schema markup, entities, and knowledge graphs.
  

• Deep understanding of how AI search engines generate answers and how to influence citations.
