∎ - Knowledge & practices about legal responsibilities of Welfare Officer as per law.
∎ - Thorough about Grievance mechanism and record keeping.
∎ - Maternity practices and follow-up.
∎ - Conducting training on compliance aspects.
∎ - Maintaining good relationships with workers & staff.
∎ - Counselling for absenteeism, performance and other issues.
∎ - Ensure the rights of the employees.
∎ - Conduct floor visits and monitor compliance issues.
