Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Preference: Welfare Training certified by Better Work or IRI.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company welfare policies.
∎ Provide counseling on workplace rules, hygiene, safety, and performance.
∎ Support pregnant workers and manage worker grievances.
∎ Coordinate with internal committees (PC, Safety, Grievance, Anti-Harassment).
∎ Conduct awareness sessions and maintain proper records
