Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to handle Welfare of the Employees in line with the guideline of Bangladesh Labor Law and Buyer's requirement.
∎ Must be known Maternity Calculation & Leave Procedure.
∎ Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per legal standards.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers.
∎ Monitor daily worker's safety issue about health & safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ Arrange trainings such as Orientation, Health & Safety Awareness training etc.
∎ Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ Arrange all kinds of meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
∎ Coordinate Annual/Pre-employment Health Check-up process
∎ Assist employees on hospitalizations and medical bill submission process
∎ Keep updated on internal standards and business goals.
∎ Keep grievance record properly with necessary corrective action;
∎ Motivate employee and workers about company's rules, regulation and polices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labor laws & rules.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office suits (e.g., Word, Excel, Bangla Typing etc.)
∎ Good Communication skills in Bengali & English.
