∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and any HR Management database.
∎ Ability to work with team and independently.
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and ‘multi-task’

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain good relationship with workers and employer.
∎ Counsel the workers on general issues like company rules & regulations, policies, procedures, and discipline.
∎ Follow up maternity leave formalities, procedure & policy, counseling regarding leave.Counsel absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.
∎ Try to improve the work and standard of living of the workers and recommending for their welfare and benevolence.
∎ Taking care WPC activities and discussion among the representative of the workers and the owner party about the condition of service/labor contract.
∎ Taking care of disciplinary procedure.
∎ Look after and ensure the necessary facility of Childcare and First Aid Room.
∎ Communicate workers’ needs in the workplace, taking steps for the development of worker-owner relationship.
∎ Carrying out floor visit daily.
∎ Keep records of the all the activities on Welfare Management.
∎ Take care overall female issues.
∎ Attendance, Leave, OT Management.Any other task assigned by the employer and Deptt. Manager.
