Responsibilities & Context:
Development:
Construct user-friendly websites and applications utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with suitable frameworks. Manage back-end development using Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Front-End: Convert design specifications into functional web pages, optimize for various devices, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Back-End: Oversee the management of servers, databases, and APIs while implementing robust security protocols.
- Database Management: Design, maintain, and execute database migrations as required.
- Full-Stack & DevOps: Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows. Basic knowledge of Linux server environments & deployment (Apache/Nginx).
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Testing: Perform comprehensive testing to identify and rectify bugs, and compose automated tests to ensure system reliability.
- Deployment: Facilitate the deployment of applications to cloud platforms and continuously monitor performance metrics.
- Version Control: Employ Git for effective collaboration and management of version histories.
- Collaboration: Engage in collaborative efforts with team members and actively participate in project meetings.
- Documentation: Produce thorough documentation of code and generate user manuals as necessary.
