∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ §   Experienced in community mobilization and facilitation of Climate Smart/Regenerative agriculture technologies.§   Experienced in facilitating Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) intervention will get preference.§   Experienced in working with SaFaL project will get added value.§   Experienced in M&E data collection, compilation, and progress report preparation.§   Excellent motivational and community mobilization skills.§   Good training facilitation skills with the ability to provide technical support to farmers.§   Skill in developing and maintaining effective liaison with the local level stakeholders including government officials and private sectors.§   Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.§   Proactive and able to take challenges.§   A good team player and contribute to enhancing team spirit.§   Able to collect project-relevant information and report preparation.§   Able to drive a motorbike and must have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 23,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
