Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Textile Engineer (Wet Processing) in any reputed university.
∎ Preferably BUET, Dhaka University and BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) (Wet Processing) student.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser to make recipes records.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ Responsible for chemical sample test and development of wash industry.
∎ Identify, develop, and increase new chemical and new shed for the organization.
∎ Washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling and development of new washes.
∎ With responsibility you have to do sample development and have to understand to their management and also have to do Business develop with them and build up relation with customers/ Buyers.
∎ Development and Implementation.
∎ Provide day to day development work reports to Management.
∎ Have to work with Buyer development target.
∎ Follow up the sample development for the Wash issue.
∎ Production follow up with washing Plant.
∎ Problem Solving during Bulk Production.
∎ Sourcing for the different washing plant and get the Price Idea.
∎ Cost Analysis.
∎ Develop New Technique to get best product in Minimum Price.
∎ Co-ordinate with Quality and Merchandising Team.
∎ Can do full handover to Bulk wash team.
∎ Can handle work load in timely manner.
∎ Communicate with Buyer for different type of wash approval.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Wash Industry.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
