∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At lest 05 Year working experience with NEXT Buyer
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge of both dry and wet washing processes, including chemical treatments & At lest 05 Years working experience with buyer NEXT.
∎ Strong understanding of shade band approvals, shrinkage, and garment measurements.
∎ Proficiency in monitoring washing performance and making process improvements.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot washing-related issues and provide guidance for reprocess and re-wash minimization.
∎ Strong background in washing quality control, measurement systems, and shade band approvals.
∎ Understanding of customer requirements for washing and shade consistency, with experience aligning production with commercial needs.
∎ Participate in PPMs (pre- production meetings) and provide comments on dry process issues.
∎ Attend meetings on lot approvals and highlight garment washing chemical effects.
∎ Control processes in the production area and rectify issues before final stages to minimize reprocess, re-wash, and rejection.
∎ Prepare analysis reports on washing performance.
∎ Involve in development stages to understand customer wash demands.
∎ Guideline for washing to meet customer test requirements.
∎ Keep record approved sample, washing recipe so that can follow bulk washing properly.
∎ Development and Implementation.Provide day-to-day development work reports to Management.
∎ Have to work with Buyer development target.
∎ Follow up the sample development for the Wash issue.
∎ Production follows up with washing Plant.Problem Solving during Bulk Production.
∎ Sourcing for the different washing plants and getting the Price Idea,Cost Analysis.
∎ Develop new techniques to get the best product in a Minimum Price.
∎ Coordinate with the Quality and Merchandising Team.
∎ Can do a full handover to Bulk wash team.
∎ Can handle the workload in a timely manner.
∎ Communicate with the Buyer for a different type of wash approval.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management
