Job Context:
∎ Terre des hommes Foundation (Tdh) is the leading Swiss NGO focusing on child rights. It is active in more than 30 countries with development and emergency projects. Tdh focuses its action on the two following areas of intervention: health and protection of particularly vulnerable children. Modern management and communication tools ensure the quality of Tdh’s projects. The Foundation constantly aims to improve its services.
∎ Following the massive displacement of more than 688,000 people into Bangladesh since end of August 2017, Tdh has put in place an important emergency response plan to provide relief to the Rohingya refugees, notably on nutrition, health, WASH and protection.
∎ The Camp Team leader has the responsibility of the implementation of his assigned camp. He/she is report able to National WASH Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The TL is the focal point for his assigned camp, therefore he is responsible to communicate with CiC, to organize field when requested.
∎ The TL will be responsible to prepare, attend and report on CiC meeting in the field.
∎ The TL will be responsible to coordinate with other actors according the need.
∎ The TL is responsible to follow-up and monitor all WASH activities in the field.
∎ The TL is in charge to organized the field team in his assigned location.
∎ The TL is in charge to organized staff meeting in the field.
∎ The TL is in charge to communicate to the field staff official communication.
∎ The TL is in charge to follow-up the attendance of the field staff.
∎ The TL is in charge to collect all the activity report, compile and report.
∎ The TL will be organized and coordinate the emergency response when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill is required in English, Bangla, local language is a plus.
∎ Proven a minimum of 5 years' experience at similar position.
∎ Proven a minimum of 3 years' experience on management.
∎ Good utilization of pack office (word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
∎ Previous experience in international NGO will be consider as a plus.
∎ Previous WASH experience is a plus.
∎ Dynamic and positive personality is necessary for this position.
∎ Strong organizational skills are required.
∎ Autonomous, reactive and able to deal with priorities.
∎ Diplomat, able to work collaboratively in team.
∎ Strong intercultural skill.
∎ Facility to resume, share and consolidate information.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. He/she will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.

Salary: Tk. 55400 (Monthly)
