∎ At least B.Sc/BBA/BSS completed

Data Collection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of the Medical Data officer and in collaboration with the M&E Officer, contribute to the data management design and conduct program assessments and evaluations
∎ Provide high quality, complete and timely data to management on a periodic basis or when required
∎ Ensure daily entry of records into the KOBO toolbox for effective storage and backup for effective monitoring and assessment of the performance of the project at field level
∎ Provide advice and orientation to the health project team to ensure the provision of qualitative, consistent and accurate data according to the standard operating procedure
∎ Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database with a high sense of thoroughness
∎ Create spreadsheets with large numbers of data, charts and figures
∎ Verify data by comparing it to source documents
∎ Update existing data
∎ Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
∎ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
∎ Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure optimal archiving
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
∎ Ensure to report all kind of health data to DHIS-2, EWARS, 4W, CHW working group, SRH working group and others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
∎ Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
∎ Fluency in written and spoken Bangla and English
∎ Fluency in the local language (Chittagonian) will be considered as a plus
∎ Organization skills, attention to detail and thoroughness
∎ Quick typing skills
∎ Confidentiality.
Salary: Tk. 39750 (Monthly)
