Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out assessment according to schedule and specifications.
∎ Collection of qualitative and quantitative data as regards to WASH Camp Focal Point
∎ Supervise the Action Point decided during the Coordination Meeting among all the WASH partners
∎ Ensure the good progress and completion of works, according to timeline and works specifications;
∎ Organize and monitor the good operation of WASH services
∎ Oral reports and constant communication with the line manager
∎ Flag and report any abuse or security issue in the community
∎ Monitor and report on any staff abuse or wrongdoings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English and Bangla spoken and written. Knowledge of Chittagonian is a plus.
∎ Significant experience on design, construction and supervision of water and sanitation infrastructures
∎ Experience with humanitarian NGOs/UN;
∎ Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Previous experience in Royinga camps is a must.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. He/she will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.

Salary: Tk. 33569 - 53990 (Monthly)
