Responsibilities & Context:
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
Inventory Control: Oversee the management of stock, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Operations Oversight: Direct and coordinate the entire end-to-end warehouse process, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Coordination and Communication: Work with other departments to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Maintenance: Coordinate periodic maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
