• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory control.

• Communication ability in both English and Bangla.

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages (ERP), MS Excel proficiency, and PowerPoint.

The Warehouse Operation Executive is employed to perform several important tasks in a business organization, and the major parts of the duties are shown in the job description below:

• Build up and maintain strong and deep knowledge of the overall organizational process, product information, configuration, and systems used daily for warehouse operations.

• Prepare commercials for warehouse operation.

• Provide Primary support to the customers for all inquiries and process all orders while providing accurate and detailed warehousing operational information covering all aspects

• Maintain Daily Operations in the Warehouse (i.e., goods, employees, documentation, and customers)

• Adopt development plans from management and execute them with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

• Provide an enabling environment for complementing the company’s business plan, strategically developed towards better profit-making

• Acquire knowledge about the organization and implement such knowledge in the day-to-day operation of the duty.

• Keep records for all kinds of transactions related to any types of receiving and delivery to confirm dynamic reports as and when required.

• Collect, update, and share inventory reports and ensure data accuracy with daily transactions.

• Data management in both the ERP system and the WMS to avoid redundant information.

• Reconciliation of system data with the manual report.

• Ensure Stock accuracy between system data along physical stock in the warehouse.

• Strictly follow, execute, and proper documentation of the day-to-day transactions hard copy.

• Adhere to, and comply with, customer fulfillment and policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure standards.

• As per company policy.
