Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper control, storage & management of all incoming & outgoing yarn with proper identification, traceability & housekeeping in the ERP software
∎ Proper control, storage, scanning & management of all incoming & outgoing greige fabrics with proper identification, traceability & housekeeping in the ERP software
∎ Proper control, storage & management of all incoming & outgoing spare parts with proper identification, traceability & housekeeping in the ERP software
∎ Proper control, storage & management of all incoming & outgoing finished fabrics with proper identification, traceability & housekeeping in the ERP software
∎ Proper housekeeping in all stores
∎ Quarterly inventory across all stores
∎ Continuous training of all store team members regarding procedures & safety standards
∎ Proper management of all forklifts & transpallets – servicing, maintenance & use
∎ Properly manage the manpower planning & tasks
∎ Properly manage the transportation arrangements to ensure a good process flow in the central store
∎ Carries out internal audits across the stores & takes necessary measures to constantly improve the central store operations
∎ Communicates clearly & effectively with the other department HOD in the composite
∎ Systematically reports & communicates regarding all issues affecting the good functioning of the central store
