1. Warehouse Operations

• Handle daily inbound and outbound goods

• Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory

• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records (Excel or system)

• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports

• Coordinate with finance for stock reconciliation

3. Logistics & Delivery

• Arrange local deliveries (driver or third-party logistics)

• Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery

• Manage delivery documents and proof of receipt

• Handle delivery issues such as delays, damages, or losses

4. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive goods from suppliers or imports

• Verify quantity, model, and condition of goods

• Report any discrepancies or damages promptly

5. Coordination

• Work closely with sales team for delivery requests

• Coordinate with procurement on incoming stock

• Support project teams with material preparation
