Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the activities of pickers, packers, and shelvers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
∎ Monitor the workflow and allocate tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
∎ Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
∎ Manage the storage and organization of products within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
∎ Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and shelvers.
∎ Ensure that team members adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
∎ Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving logs, inventory counts, and incident reports.
∎ If any one have experience to work in any super chain shop like (Shwapno, Agora, Mina Bazar , etc.) will get preference.
