∎ Accurately recording food and beverage orders from customers.
∎ Promptly and professionally delivering orders to guests.
∎ Processing bills and collecting payments accurately.
∎ Setting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
∎ Ability to interact with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
∎ Waitress positions often involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Ensuring orders are accurate and dishes are presented properly.
∎ Teamwork and collaboration with kitchen and other staff.
∎ Maintain well behaved with the customer.
∎ Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and specials.
