Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and manage agriculture demonstration farms and community gardens.
∎ Identify and analyze appropriate agriculture technologies suitable for local contexts.
∎ Conducted capacity and skill-building training sessions for women.
∎ Arrange meetings, ensure participation of HHs, enhance the capacity of men and women in advocacy and agroecology.
∎ Market Linkage and Networking with others.
∎ Establish linkages between local producers and input suppliers (seeds, fertilizers, etc.).
∎ Build connections between producers and local agricultural offices.
∎ Maintain strong communication and networking with government and non-government stakeholders to ensure support for agriculture.
∎ Duty Station: Camp-1 East
