∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the RMG sector.
∎ Excellent communication skills in the community.
∎ Proficient in sound knowledge in Bangla & English.
∎ Proficient in sound knowledge MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills
∎ Extensive experience working with RMG communities.
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the RMG sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and facilitate project-related training and workshops for local community groups.
∎ Assist the PC/PM in overall project implementation.
∎ Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ Prepare monthly MIS reports documenting project activities and achievements.
∎ Other Duties:
∎ Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by the organization.
∎ Skills and Competencies:
∎ Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Job Context: Songshoptaque is an NGO working in Bangladesh since 2000 to uphold rights and entitlements and to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor and disadvantaged community people. Songshoptaque is a people-centered organization using a rights-based approach to alleviate poverty, diversify livelihood opportunities and empower poor communities of Bangladesh.
∎ Reports to: Project Coordinator
∎ Duty Station: Chittagong City Corporation.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual- Fixed Term Contract.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
