∎ Familiar with Livelihoods activities and Climate Resilient Agriculture practices.
∎ Excellent communication skills in community.
∎ Proficient in sound knowledge in Banlga, English & Rohingya language
∎ Proficient in sound knowledge MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills
∎ Extensive experience working with diverse communities, including Rohingya communities.
∎ Organize and facilitate agriculture and livestock-related training and workshops for local producer groups.
∎ Problem identification and analysis, and a solution-oriented mindset.
