Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in Fine Arts will be given preference (Graphic & Interior)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of all agreed VM guidelines for the stores (20) in the respective Area and Maximizing the Brand Visibility.
∎ Deciding how to use space, display and lighting creatively.
∎ Responsible for the New Store setup.
∎ Liaise & coordinate with vendors, operation managers, department managers in the communication skills
∎ Ensuring all pop in place and are on time with the correct trend.
∎ All window displays in tune with the current mood and season.
∎ Ensuring proper presentation approval of all new propositions.
∎ Coming out with new ideas to ensure freshness in all our stores.
∎ Ensuring in every store of Le Reve a minimum of one staff trained for V.M, and every area to have one dedicated VM.
∎ Maintain tight control on all props and display product delivered with regular inventory.
∎ Develop and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge fashion and understand fashion trends and how they pertain to merchandising the floor
∎ Planning yearly calendar of activities.
∎ Routinely travel to stores within the Area to execute and maintain the visual standards.
∎ Working closely with all concern departments.

∎ Good IT skills, for computer aided interior design / graphic and 2D
