• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills

• Ability to present ideas and pitch visual directions

• Good sense of aesthetics and brand alignment

• Software Expertise (Required)

• Adobe Photoshop – advanced compositing & conceptual visuals

• Adobe Illustrator – vector-heavy layouts, branding, campaign graphics

• Adobe InDesign – pitch decks & campaign presentations

• Figma – wireframes, basic UI/UX, collaborative boards

• Canva – adaptation & presentation templates

• Motion tools: After Effects / Premiere Pro

• Knowledge of AI tools (Firefly, Mid journey, Nano Banana) is a strong plus

• Create concepts, mood boards, design directions, and campaign layouts

• Develop high-quality key visuals, mockups, and presentation decks

• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams

• Produce motion content, including short animations, transitions, and visually engaging video assets

• Guide designers with visual direction and quality control

• Experiment with new styles, trends, and visual storytelling techniques

• Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
