Project management tools (ClickUp / Trello / Notion / Asana) – preferred
Meta Business Suite (basic understanding)Google Workspace
Familiar with presentation decks and reporting formats
Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
Coordinate with creative, planning, media, and production teams
Manage project timelines, approvals, revisions, and final delivery
Prepare meeting notes, reports, and status updates
Present concepts, campaign plans, and performance updates to clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
Support new business pitches and proposals
Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
