• Proven experience in leading creatives & campaign ideation

• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills

• A high-quality portfolio showcasing conceptual and execution capability

• Software Expertise (Required)

• Adobe Photoshop (Expert Level) – composites, retouching, conceptual visuals

• Adobe Illustrator (Expert Level) – branding, vector systems, icons, print

• Adobe InDesign – pitch decks, presentations, multi-page layouts

• Figma – collaborative design, proposals, UI-level thinking

• After Effects / Premiere Pro – motion graphics & video adaptation

• AI-Assisted Design Tools – Mid journey, Firefly, Photoshop AI, Nano Banana

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender / Cinema4D / Dimension) is a major plus

• Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and final visual execution.

• Provide creative direction to designers and visualizers.

• Produce motion content, including short animations, transitions, and visually engaging video assets.

• Build storyboards, key visuals, and 360° campaign layouts.

• Review and approve creative outputs before client submission.

• Work closely with brand teams and creative directors

• Ensure high visual standards, consistency, and storytelling.

• Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
