• Professional certification/diploma in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Creative Visual Strategy:

• Develop, define, and implement an innovative visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand identity.

• Stay ahead of market trends and incorporate lifestyle and design influences to promote the brand effectively.

Visual Displays & Store Aesthetics:

• Design and execute visually appealing window displays, signage, floor layouts, and promotional setups.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce seasonal, festive, and product-focused themes that resonate with target customers.

• Ensure visual displays guide customers through an immersive in-store journey.

Execution & Coordination:

• Work closely with store architecture to optimize space utilization and enhance visual appeal.

• Oversee production processes, source materials, and coordinate with suppliers for display elements.

• Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising techniques, ensuring consistent execution across all locations.

Budget & Timeline Management:

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage resources to achieve design goals without compromising quality.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting tight deadlines and high standards.

Store Visits & Maintenance:

• Conduct regular outlet visits to assess and improve visual merchandising standards.

• Refresh displays to highlight new collections, product launches, or promotional events.

• Assemble, dismantle, and adjust displays as required to maintain a dynamic store environment.

Trend Analysis & Research:

• Analyze customer behavior, lifestyle preferences, and demographic trends to create relevant visual concepts.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging design techniques.
