Handle full visa processing for:

• Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Brunei etc.)
• Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai etc.)
• Europe/Schengen Zone
• First World Countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, embassy rules, and document preparation.
• Assist with Air Ticket booking for visa clients and tour customers.
• Handle Hotel Booking for international and domestic travellers.
• Coordinate end-to-end tour arrangements (transport, accommodation, itinerary, etc.)
• Manage domestic & international tour package bookings.
• Maintain visa and travel-related databases for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and embassy updates.
• Collect, verify, and prepare necessary documents for visa submission.
• Coordinate with embassies, VFS canters, agents, and clients to ensure smooth file processing.
• Monitor visa application progress and update clients regularly.
