Responsibilities & Context:
Handle full visa processing for:
- Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine, Brunei etc.)
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai etc.)
- Europe/Schengen Zone
- First World Countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, embassy rules, and document preparation.
- Assist with Air Ticket booking for visa clients and tour customers.
- Handle Hotel Booking for international and domestic travellers.
- Coordinate end-to-end tour arrangements (transport, accommodation, itinerary, etc.)
- Manage domestic & international tour package bookings.
- Maintain visa and travel-related databases for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and embassy updates.
- Collect, verify, and prepare necessary documents for visa submission.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS canters, agents, and clients to ensure smooth file processing.
- Monitor visa application progress and update clients regularly.
