Responsibilities:
Visa Processing & Documentation
Manage First World tourist, business visa applications (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.).
Prepare and verify visa applications for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more.
Guide clients through document preparation, submission, and interview processes.
Embassy & Government Liaison
Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
Track applications and manage follow-ups with relevant authorities.
Client Support & Advisory
Advise clients on visa requirements, fees, documentation, and timelines.
Provide support for visa appeals and reapplications.
Offer strategic advice to improve visa approval success.
Compliance & Risk Management
Stay updated with international visa laws and embassy protocols.
Ensure strict compliance with embassy guidelines and maintain accurate records.
Industry Awareness
Monitor changes in Schengen and global travel regulations.
Identify ways to streamline processing and enhance client satisfaction.
