Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Visa Processing : China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, UAE, Vietnam, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea.
- Manage the complete visa application process, prepare documentation, submit applications, and liaise with embassies or relevant authorities.
- Ticketing, Hotel Booking & other travel-related services.
After-Sales Support:
- Resolve post-booking issues and provide continuous assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction
Documentation & Record Maintenance:
- Maintain precise and updated records of bookings, client interactions, and travel documentation.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
