Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the Tour Package Department, supervising consultants and operations staff.
Develop attractive domestic and international tour packages with tailored itineraries and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and local partners; negotiate competitive rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and revenue growth.
Ensure smooth tour operations and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare budgets, monitor profitability, and provide performance reports to management.
