Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customer's Inbound And Outbound Calls.
∎ Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company.
∎ Fix Appointments For Counselling And Generate Walk-In.
∎ Counselling All Student Walk In's For Available Study Options As Per Their Respective Profiles
∎ The Visa And Immigration Counselling Must Interview All Clients And Deal With All Applications Face To Face And By Post To Ensure That The Client Is Suitable.
∎ To Provide Professional And High-Quality Counselling Services To Students Who Want To Study Abroad By Informing Them About Available Courses And Career Opportunities.
∎ To Counsel Clients About Student Visa Process Requirements Of Countries Like Canada, UK, Australia.
∎ To Explain About Colleges And Different Courses.
∎ To Explain About College And Embassy Fee Structure.
∎ Handle The Admission Applications And Filing Process For The Study Visa.
∎ To Deliver Pipeline Leads And Conversion Targets By Intake, Assist With The Execution Of Destination-Specific Activity Calendars.
∎ The Visa And Immigration Counselor Must Ensure That All Of The Information Provided By The Client Is Accurate And Correct, Preparing And Checking All Legal Documents.
∎ Assisting Students From Start To End Of The Entire Admission Process.
∎ Handle Visa Filing And Checking The Authenticity Of The Documents Provided.
∎ Convert Leads To Admissions.
∎ To Follow Up The Clients For Enrolments.
∎ Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration.
∎ Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Student's Case Proceedings.
∎ To Maintain Proper Records For All The Meetings With The Students.
∎ Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals.
∎ Maintaining The Database Of The Customers On A Regular Basis.
∎ Regularly Meet The Assigned Individual And Team Targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
