∎ We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in applying for visas and preparing all necessary documents for student, visit, and family visa processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling visa applications and ensuring a smooth process for our clients.
∎ *Key Responsibilities:*
∎ - Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
∎ - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures.
∎ - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
∎ - Manage the complete visa application process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
∎ - Communicate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities as needed.
∎ - Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process.
∎ - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and professional service.
∎ *Qualifications:*
∎ - 3-5 years of experience in visa consultancy, with a focus on student, visit, and family visas.
∎ - Strong understanding of visa regulations and documentation requirements.
∎ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ - Proficiency in Bangla,English.
