Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide consultancy services for tourist, and work visa applications.
- Guide clients through documentation, visa form filling, and submission process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy requirements, and visa regulations.
- Handle client queries in person, over phone, and via email.
- Ensure a high success rate for visa applications.
