• You will need to stay in touch with the clients through E-mail and WhatsApp until each visa application process is completed.

• You MUST have proficiency in using Laptop or Computer and Internet (MS Word, typing, emailing,

• using Facebook, YouTube, Canva, etc.).

• Necessary info will be provided.

• We are looking for a visa Consultant Executive for our Visa consultancy Agency.

• Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia,

• Schengen, Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Philippines, and others as per client preference.

• Tracked and managed the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates for clients.

• Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for different visa types.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.

• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.

• To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.

• Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.

• Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.

• Must have proficiency in computers and the Internet.
