Bachelor/HonorsMastersDiplomaExperience3 to 6 yearsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline,air ticket booking, re-issue, refund, and cancellation

1. Expertly operate GDS systems, preferably Galileo, as well as Amadues and Sabre.

2. Handle air ticket booking, reissue, refund, and cancellation efficiently and accurately.

3. Perform PNR quality control (QC) to minimize errors, ADMs, and booking discrepancies.

4. Monitor and manage ticketing time limits (TTL), queues, schedule changes, and airline updates.

5. Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS helpdesks to resolve complex ticketing issues.

6. Support agents and sub-agents with fare construction, routing, and ticketing solutions.

7. Monitor and reduce ADM/ACM risks through proper fare application and ticketing compliance.

8. Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring high service standards.

9. Prepare and maintain daily sales, refund, and reissue reports for accounts reconciliation.

10. Provide training, guidance, and operational support to junior staff and sub-agents.

11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

12. Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, promotions, and GDS/system enhancements.
