Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a visa Consultant Executive for our organization.
∎ • Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia,
∎ Schengen, Japan, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Philippines, and others as per client preference.
∎ • Track and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to clients.
∎ • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines
∎ for different visa types.
∎ • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
∎ • Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
∎ • To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
∎ • Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ • Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ • Must have proficiency in computers and the Internet.
