Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to update them on application status and address any concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest visa policies and procedures for multiple countries.
