• Age At least 23 years

• Candidates who knows graphics work will preferable.

• Handle end-to-end visa application processes for patients and their accompanying family members for various countries
• Prepare, verify, and submit all required visa documentation with accuracy
• Maintain effective communication with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS, TLS)
• Coordinate with hospitals abroad to collect medical invitation letters and related documents for visa purposes
• Provide clients with tailored guidance and support throughout the visa process
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide regular updates on application status
• Stay updated with the latest visa regulations, policies, and requirements of destination countries
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and international healthcare partners to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain proper records of each visa application and client file
• Assist in resolving any issues or rejections in the visa process by taking necessary corrective actions.
