Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in managing Amazon stores. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce team by providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our Amazon store.
∎ Virtual Assistant Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on e-commerce or Amazon store management.
∎ Amazon Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon`s Seller Central, a basic understanding of the A9 algorithm, and experience with managing product listings.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
∎ Portfolio: Please include a portfolio showcasing your relevant experience, including examples of successful Amazon store management or related tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Store Management Assistance: Support the Amazon Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
∎ Communication: Act as a liaison between the Amazon Store Manager and other teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
∎ Customer Service Support: Assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive online reputation through excellent customer service.
∎ Data Entry and Analytics: Help in data entry tasks and basic analytics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making.
∎ Task Coordination: Manage and coordinate various tasks related to Amazon store operations, collaborating with team members as needed.
∎ Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales on the Amazon platform.
∎ Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive online reputation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 14 to 50 years
