Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline. Degree in education e.g. B.Ed /M. Ed and computer skill in MS Office will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure

∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a new raising school, candidates need to have a mentality to develop the school.
∎ Responsible for overall administrative activities as well as ensuring proper implementation of rules and regulations.
∎ You need to enroll a minimum 10 students per year and your next increment and annual appraisal will depend on this performance.
∎ To monitor day-to-day administrative, developmental & classroom activities.
∎ To regularly check the teacher’s diaries/notebooks and students’ attendance registers etc. and follow up.
∎ To conduct staff meetings, Committee meetings, and school Advisory Committee meetings and send a report to the Management.
∎ Implementing management decisions to attain institutional achievement and include teacher’s participation in decision making.
∎ Facilitating the school’s interactions with parents and others in the school community.
∎ Interacting with parents who serve on school advisory boards, parents/teacher organizations, and booster clubs.
∎ Ensuring the school environment safe & comfortable and also ensuring that equipment is safe and working in good order.
∎ To strengthen care & supervision for handicapped, weak and inattentive students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching/operating English Medium School.
∎ The candidate has to be a resident of Tongi, Khilkhet or beside Uttara, Dhaka.
