Night Shift Duty
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per business requirements
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality and timely delivery
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics) for smooth workflow
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
Resolve vendor-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and disputes
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and procurement activities
