Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for generating and acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Cliqpack
∎ Create opportunities for platform growth by identifying new avenues for seller acquisition & Build a community of high quality sellers, who sell unique products and work with them to ensure high quality buyer experience.
∎ Ideate, execute and track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for cliqpack
∎ Manage various stakeholders both internal and external and act as a liaison for new sellers
∎ Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
∎ Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
∎ Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
∎ Find opportunities to scale and optimize support, working with Buyer and Seller Support teams, Operations Managers, and Partner Enablement.
∎ Problem-solve with the team, who work with partners to improve workflows and address issues in a timely manner

∎ You have 1+ years experience working in seller / partner acquisition for online marketplaces or similar fields.
∎ You completed your bachelor degrees minimum from govt. Approved any institute in Bangladesh.
∎ You are knowledgeable on all offline and digital marketing channels, especially in acquisition techniques.
∎ You have experience establishing and overseeing partnerships.
∎ You have affinity with numbers and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
∎ You have great organisational and project management skills.
∎ You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a passion for forming relationships within online communities. You can confidently and clearly present/report information to leadership.
∎ You are flexible and can move in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 22000 (Monthly)
