Responsibilities & Context:

We’re a fast-scaling short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) management company looking for a confident, sharp cold caller/VA to help us grow in New England and beyond.

This is not your average VA gig—you’ll play a key role in helping us acquire properties, talk to real owners, and set appointments that drive our revenue. We’ll train you, support you, and reward you when you deliver.

What You’ll Do:

• Call property owners from our lead lists (STR & real estate leads)

• Pitch our Airbnb/VRBO management services with a natural tone (no script)

• Set up appointments or pass leads to our team for follow-up

• Track results in our Trello board or lead tracker

• Bonus: You may help source leads later if you're capable

• What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English speaker (Mandatory)

• Confident on the phone – not afraid to take control of a conversation

• Able to follow a pitch and think on your feet (Be able to understand and use Google Maps, attractions, and be able to connect with potential clients as if you're local)

• Cold calling or real estate experience preferred

• Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
