Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for software applications, websites, and mobile platforms.
∎ Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
∎ Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
∎ Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
∎ Use graphic design principles to enhance UI elements, icons, and overall aesthetics.
∎ Stay updated on UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and projects.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
∎ Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing tools.
∎ Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).

∎ Role Overview:
∎ As a UX/UI Designer at Dohatec New Media, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create user-centered designs that align with our business goals and resonate with end-users. Your expertise in user interface design, combined with a strong understanding of graphic design principles, will ensure our products are both functional and visually appealing.
